The controller of your personal data is Marina Gomez-Caro. You can reach me at Marina@iberiaimports.nl about anything on this page.
| What | Why we need it | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Your name | To identify your reservation and hand the right oil to the right person at collection | Performance of a contract, and steps taken at your request before it |
| Your email address | To send the payment details, confirm the collection date, and tell you if the batch is called off | Performance of a contract, and steps taken at your request before it |
| How many tins and garrafas you reserved | To know whether the batch reaches its minimum, and to order the right quantity | Performance of a contract, and steps taken at your request before it |
| Your payment reference | To match your bank transfer to your order | Performance of a contract; and a legal obligation to keep accounting records |
That is the whole list. We do not ask for your address, because there is no delivery. We do not ask for a phone number, a date of birth, or anything else.
When you place a reservation, this site saves your own reservation in your browser so that the page can show it back to you if you return. That information stays on your device. It is used only to make the reservation work, and you can clear it at any time by cancelling your reservation on the page or clearing your browser data.
Only the people organising this batch, and the services we use to run it:
Each of these acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement and are located, respectively, in Switzerland and the Netherlands.
We will disclose your details to anyone else only if the law requires it.
You can ask us at any time to:
Write to Marina@iberiaimports.nl and we will answer within one month. There is no charge.
Cancelling your reservation on the site removes your quantities from the count and your details from your browser. If you also want us to erase your name and email from our list, say so and we will.
If you think we are handling your data badly, please tell us first — but you have the right to complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
If this statement changes in a way that affects you, we will email everyone on the reservation list rather than quietly editing the page. The date at the top always shows the current version.
